1. The calculation is supposed to be based on the date that the item is due rather than the date the “run OMS” is performed. 2. The automation was different than the manual run. I ran it manually because it was not running automatically. The operation is supposed to occur each day as follows. Send an email to those OMS dates that are 30 days out, 20 days out, 10 days out, 5 days out, then each expired one. If it runs each day (automatically rather than manually) it will make sure that it catches all those dates. If it doesn't run everyday, it will miss those intermittent dates.
