We are looking for more than just a chat facility, but the ability for the bot to push links and open windows with content of interest. Hi I am looking to have an interactive module designed and built for my website which users can download and design their own office space on. My requirement is for an automated faq chatbot system which allows multiple question and answer scenarios. The script should be capable of identifying the question posed...answer template. I would like a quote on this, but based on how intelligent somebody could get the script in terms of the ability for it to return results I would be prepared to increase the fee we pay. As a working example of the kind of script we might require in terms of the intelligence we would hope for it may be worth any prospects visiting (furniture company) and clicking on the IKEA help centre at the bottom left.
