FEA pipe stress test analysis for thermal stresses on power piping, high-pressure steam, low temp refrigeration, process piping, and other pipe systems. Expertise with the following ASME piping codes: -B31.1 Power Piping -B31.3 Process Piping -B31.5 Refrigeration Piping and Heat Transfer Components -B31.9 Building Services Piping -BPE Bioprocessing Equipment (Pharmaceutical Process Piping) * CFD: CFD for advanced HVAC and thermal/fluid designs. Simulations of smoke control systems, data center cooling design, large open atrium, industrial HVAC and process piping, etc. * Preconstruction Coordination / BIM / VDC: I model 2D plans in 3D and perform clash detection to ensure interdisciplinary coordination before construction.
