Job duties:

- Handle all incoming calls from clients.

- Systematically call/e-mail and schedule clients for ongoing service.

- Prepare birthday cards to send to clients. Coordinates delivery of flowers at client anniversaries.

- Coordinates delivery of meals at client meetings.

Skills: Must be a “people person” and enjoy talking to others while maintaining professionalism. Must be computer savvy and able to monitor several programs operating at one time. Type at 35+ words per minute. Adept at Microsoft word and excel. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required. Multi-language applications are welcome to apply.
