English Product Lable Translation into Saudi Arabian (Farsai?)

We have a bitmap image of a water bottle label that features both English and an Arabic language that we believe (but not certain) is "Farsi".
DESCRIPTION OF THE DELIVERABLES
We need to identify the Arabic language on the water bottle label, then translate it into a label (40 words) into that same language. The translation can be delivered in an Microsoft Word document and by PDF (with the embedded Saudi-Arabian font). We need to copy the embedded text within the delivered PDF, then convert the Saudi-Arabian font to vector-outlines for use on our new product box.
RAW MATERIALS USED FOR THE PROJECT
1) MS-Word document containing approximately 40 words of English
2) JPEG image of the existing water bottle featuring the Saudi-Arabian text
