CSS Expert Needed for Clean up and Fix for Wordpress Theme

Attention CSS / Wordpress theme experts,

I have a near completed Wordpress theme that needs some CSS style work. I need the CSS cleaned up some and also need some of the styling fixed. Styling must be consistent on IE 7, 8 | Firefox, Safari and google crome (I'm not too concerned with IE 6 at this point). I need this completed in? 5 business days tops. Bonus available if this is completed in 2-3 business days or less.

Mainly spacing issues (inconsistencies on IE and other browsers). Social media icons need to run horizonal instead of vertical.

Regarding IE 6 (any new modifications in the style shold be compatible with IE 6. You don't have to be concerned with the specific style sheet dedicated to IE 6. I mainly need the main style sheet looked over and cleaned up a bit in addition to required fixes (attached).
