Company background: An online entertainment company. Based in HK,Singapore & Asia.

Telephone and Online Customer Service: 2

Completion of Secondary education

Age Requirements: between 23 and 48

Language Skills: Chinese, English (shall be able to listen, speak and read English)

Working Experience:

One year of experience in related fields. The term of the contract shall be no less than one year.

Working Location: The selected candidates could work at home or dormitories in Malaysia. The employees must work at a quiet place to fully concentrate themselves in their work. The work should not be conducted in the places that would influence other persons or be influenced by other persons.

Working Time:

Six-day working system per week (the rest day is optional)

Remuneration:

Monthly salary is 2800-3500 MYR (without providing food and shelter)

Job Description:

1. Learn about the demand information of customer services, perform effective follow-up work and make excellent guidance and service work.

2. Continuously receive various business tasks and participate in various skills upgrading training courses of the Company.

3. Receive the telephones of customers and actively call customers. The employee shall find the problems of customers in time and provide correct and satisfactory response.

Job Requirements:

1. Required Language Skills: Chinese, English (shall be able to listen, speak and read English)

2. The candidates should have excellent communication skills, good patient and high motivation on work, strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit, and strong ability to cope with stress.

3. The candidates should have good professional quality and strong compliance to the management of supervisors. Meanwhile, the candidates should have their own points of view for work and could work independently.

4. The candidates should have excellent learning ability and could rapidly master the professional knowledge and carry out the work.

5. The candidate shall have excellent computer skills, good command of office software and certain network knowledge.

6. Candidates with customer service experience would be given prior consideration.
