Small trading firm, Requires technical cofounder. Seeking longer term relationship.
A strong developer who has at least some existing knowledge of trading, FX markets, etc...
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS PLEASE. Enthusiasm and Interest is always great too.
We trade volume periods of the day, using top down (multi-timeframe) analysis.
We look for specific price action in combination with specific indicator behaviour before entry.
About a half dozen indicators and we rely on 1 or more in any given strategy,
& almost always, price action and volume.
In practice we look for preferred price action and/or indicator behaviour to play out in a favourable sequence of events. I.e. if the current / closing candle is T(0), we will expect to see preferred behaviour between T(0) and T(N), where N is the Nth candle previous.
Our entries would target the moments before T(0) closes.
We will have to distil and optimise all our ideas into a ruthlessly effective set of automated strategies.
AI/ML professionals desired to take things to the 'NEXT LEVEL'.
Open to smart money concepts.

We've saved up for years to have a reserve of trading capital and I am able to raise funds FOR TRADING effectively when required.
But at this stage, we cannot take the same approach to payroll for contractors or freelancers.
We offer only a small amount initially, & the promise of more in the future. I.e. we want to work on an equity / partner agreement basis with someone who is genuinely interested. If you need tools / software subscriptions to carry out your work (tradingview, AWS, google cloud services e.t.c.), we can support that too.
NDA/IP agreement required initially (this can be hashed out later, but we need it in the beginning because we've sadly been hurt before).
Already spent a few thousand on learning and development so far, burning cash on contractors who seek only to get paid in the short term. Some people look for people like me just to steal our intelligence and string us along, others have even lied about their identity (yes, verified freelancers!). If this is you, stay away.
