external access to accommodation rates

hello,
for my website: [url removed, login to view] which is in english, spanish and german, and is completely done with html, I would need the following:
Create the possibility for any accomodation owner to access their page (with e-mail and password?) in order to change rates (usually once a year).
As most pages, which include different kind of rates (whole house, by room etc.), are in 2 or 3 languages, it might be a good idea to show symbols. I will give different examples of accommodation types (house, apartment, hotel) in case needed.
Important is, that rates should be only introduced by an owner once and show in all published language pages (as a separate page?). It would also be good for me to see the rates before they actually show in Internet.
