Create a conceptual Entity-Relationship Diagram

Create a conceptual Entity-Relationship Diagram: (using .zip file attatchment for complete description of data and details)

a) identitfy each entity (singular noun) including any associative (bridge) entities that result from many-to-many relationships.

b) identify relationships between entities using simple verbs.

c) identify all cardinalities using crow's foot notation.

d) identify all attributes associated with appropriate entities/relationships. Use proper notation (ovals for attributes and underlined attributes for identifies) including: unique identifies, simple attributes, composite attributes and derived attributes.

e) Diagram must be clear and unambiguous done with a graphing program or Microsoft Word.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).

4) A downloadable printout version of the E-R diagram either from Microsoft Word or another program. Please check with me first because I may not be able to use or open the file if you are using a program I do not have. Diagram is preferred on a computer with a graphing program or Microsoft word.
