This project is for the coding only of a dentists website. The pages will be supplied in psd files.
The website contains 26 pages in English, of these pages, 23 will be translated in Portuguese. The Portuguese pages will be exact copies of the English except for copy and navigation which will be translated and supplied in word docs and the visuals in psd.
All pages follow the same convention.
Of the 26 pages, there are 11 different banner images.
There are the same 3 forms on each page - these will be supplied.

## Deliverables
With this bid request I have only supplied four visuals and one word doc to give you an idea.
After selecting a coder I will supply visuals for all pages in psd, copy for all pages in word docs plus banner images, staff images and logo.
