Drupal website assistance

**Little help with Drupal FBSS module**

I am buiding a Drupal website using twitterlike FBSS (face book like statuses module) application. The site is almost done. However, there are small problems to be resolved as the following;

1. #hashtags are not working properly. New #hastags do not open up. They are underlined and *highlighted* but no corresponding messaging board is found.

2. "@messages" are delivered after a delay of 24 hours to the recipient. Too slow.

3. I want to add a user panel with pictures uploaded.

4. I want to have an "entry page" whit "sign up" option only.

No other server problems These are easy technical problems for drupal people. If it suits you for ~$100 please get back to me.
