I'm in need of a professional to assist me with writing contracts for subcontractors who will be carrying out renovation works on my project. The successful applicant should have experience in this field and should be able to write comprehensive but clear contracts that protect all parties involved. The contract shpukd include termination clauses, penalty clauses for not meeting deadlines and milestone and any experience in the protection of main contractor (us) interests.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in drafting subcontractor contracts for renovation projects in the UAE specifically Dubai.
- Excellent legal writing skills
- Knowledge of relevant building regulations and laws in the UAE.
- Ability to deliver within a 1 month time frame.
- Willingness to adapt to any necessary changes throughout the project.
Additional Requirements:
- The subcontractor must be a licensed builder.
- Must hold all necessary trade licenses.
- Muat provide ID's for all staff
- Third party liability insurance is essential.
