Member site script

I'm looking for a membersite script with protecting hotlinks to pics, mpegs etc. there will be several payment options e-gold paypall dutch 0900 telephone line dutch creditcard processor when signingup with creditcard, egold or paypall the period is for a fixed period otherwise the duration off the telephone call also the 'gallery' script for the pics / mpegs etc with all the features (including administrative area). I would preferrably purchase from someone who has this already done, but if not I can have it developed.
