Web Football Pool

Looking for a football pool program to run on a website using PHP & MySQL. Must be able to accomidate up to 150 users, all with website login using username & password. Users need to be able to change picks through web interface up until deadline that is adjustable by administrator. Need to be able to customize rules of the pool & e-mail all users to let them know when picks are due. Also would like to be able to e-mail a weekly standings sheet to all users after last game. Needs to be a sign up page where users can create a username and password, etc.

Needs a lost password lookup link.

User interface doesn't need to be beautiful, just work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

This will be run on a website that I have already setup. I will provide access to the programmer for testing.
