**Website Link System**
**Goal:**
Develop a PHP-based link management system to manage links for 50-100 of our own websites some of which are in typo3, that not only manages the linking in between each of our websites from a central interface, but also allows web users to request reciprocal links with sites outside of our network, and allows us to manage/approve etc. those links as well.
Project involves developing not only the link management software, but creating link pages on 70-80 websites. The software would provide the data for a “Links?? page on each website. Software would also query multiple search engines and keep a database of inbound links to each website.

**Specs:**
*Incoming Link Table*
* List of incoming links for each of our websites, derived from both Google and Yahoo divided into two categories Domestic and Foreign.
* Length of time in days these links have existed.
* Email address and name of contact person for each link, (assuming the data exists from when the link was submitted, it obviously would not work on links we “found?? existed via Google etc).

*Reciprocal Link System (For external websites requesting reciprocal links)*
* Established Link Table from other websites
* Form to submit a request for a reciprocal link, with manual approval. Would need a form with not only their URL, and a title/description, but contact info as well.
* Weekly automatic check to make sure they still are linking to us ??" done by checking webpage automatically or checking with Google etc. for an incoming link.

*Internal Site Management (For our own internal websites)*
* Add, remove, edit sites, URL, description, pictures, alternate descriptions (so we can have multiple titles and descriptions for websites, so that all of our internal sites will not all have identical descriptions for the same links).
* Page to add/remove internal links from each site. Eventual option for multiple links pages on each of our internal (Domestic) websites.

* Table showing which external websites have dropped or added us, and for how many days.
* Table with Recently added and Dropped Links (within the last week or so)

* Each one of our own sites will have at least 1-5 links pages that will pull their content/links from the central database.
* Central database will provide the correct links for that page.
* Central database can define a CSS style for each of our links pages, so that it will fit in with the rest of the design on that site.

* Display total number of inbound links for site
* Display total number of outbound links for site
* Display total number of added links in last month
* Display total number of dropped links in last month
* Display a list of missing inbound links for each web site. These would be inbound links existing on any of the other web sites and divided into two categories: Internal (from our Intranet) and External (coming in from foreign sites). We also need the ability to automate writing to these web sites an email requesting a link exchange to the additional internal sites of ours to which they have not yet linked...
* Ability to see for each external (foreign) web site a list of our web sites that receive their incoming link.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
