Configure network from 3 Ethernet and 2 Bridge connections to minimal amount

Project Description:
I am looking for a network expert to configure my network setup with the following requirements:
Network 1 preferred, otherwise network 2. I have built networks 2, 3 and 4.
Network 1: 0 ethernet 2 bridges no internet if the kvm router is off.
Network 2: 1 ethernet 2 bridges internet if the kvm router is off. LAN/WAN reversed.
Network 3: 3 ethernet 2 bridges no internet if the kvm router is off.
Network 4: 2 ethernet 3 bridges internet if the kvm router is off.

Number of devices:
-Router ISP bridged CGNAT.
-NIC0 wired to the ISP router.
-NIC1 wired to the switch.
-Computer: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS Desktop. Needs an Ethernet connection to NIC0?
-Hypervisor: Virtual Machine Manager 4.0.0. Needs 2 bridges, NAT to NIC0 and Isolated network to LAN?
IPs on topology network diagram are current, but I would like host [login to view URL], KVM router 192.168.1.170.
-KVM router: pfSense 23.05.1.
-KVM OS: LinuxMint 21.2.
Device configurations:
Network 1: I have configured all devices, however have not built this with NIC0->KVM router.
Network 2: I would like reconfigured so Internet if off if the KVM router if off. Also the LAN/WAN reversed, so Host [login to view URL] can ping the KVM router LAN on [login to view URL] rather than pinging the KVM router's WAN 192.168.100.170.
Network security level: Basic, I'm a bit confused if all devices need to be behind the KVM router firewall or being exposed to the Internet is ok?
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure network 1: NIC0->KVM router
- Ensure all devices are connected to the network seamlessly
-Show me the configuration so I can update my network topology.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in network configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Ethernet and Bridge connections
- Familiarity with various device configurations and ability to adapt to specific requirements
- Understanding of basic network security principles and practices
