Migrate mysql 5.7 to mysql 8.x

I have a snapshot of a Percona MySQL database running "mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.32-35, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using 7.0" and I want to migrate to another server that has a fresh copy of Percona MySQL 8.
I will provide the MySQL credentials to both servers, including SSH root to both servers. Both servers can be down during this process if required.
After the data has been converted and the new server is running, I need the Percona MySQL 8 to be the slave of the mysql 5.7 such that it will have up-to-date records after the task is completed and I can make a transition to the new server without any downtime.
