cPanel/WHM Assistance - Backing up, Restoring and Transferring Domains

I need someone to assist me via Skype (through messaging not voice) in relation to backing up, restoring and transferring domains on cPanel. Specifically, I would like to know how to move a website from a sub-domain to another account where it will be the main account.
The scenario is that I have built a website on a subdomain at https://subdomain.domain.com.
The root of the web directory is /home/domain-username/public_html/subdomain
I now want this website to be the main domain on different cPanel account at [login to view URL]
I need a freelancer with excellent English communication skills and obviously good knowledge of cPanel/WHM.
