Data Crawling from Mobile Apps

We are developing a B2C aggregator mobile app for iOS and Android. One part of the project is to collect data from 5 different grocery mobile apps.
We are looking for someone to develop the crawlers. Here's some more details:
- Collect data from vendors that deliver to the set location
- Collect data only from 1 hr delivery platforms (but we should be able to enable next day delivery in the future)
- Include delivery cost and minimum order - to set location - by each store that delivers to the set location
- Include barcode of each product if available
- Crawlers need to be immune to future blocks by apps we are scraping
- Apps we are scraping are: Talabat, Careem, Instashop, Nownow, Carrefour NOW
