Vehicle Roof to L-Track Connector Design

I'm looking for a skilled mechanical engineer who can assist me in designing an accessory for the exterior of a vehicle. The accessory is a connector which will bridge the vehicle's roof to an L-Track on its side.
Key project details include:
- The design should be based on plastic materials.
- The design should have an integrated L-Track connector on the bottom
- The design should have a rounded tube clamp at the top
- The design should have an integrated L-Track strip across 70% of the length of the accessory
- The finished product should be capable of bearing a medium load, between 20-50 lbs.
- Experience in automotive industry projects, specifically with outdoor accessories, would be highly advantageous.
- The ability in leveraging CAD design software for drafts and 3D-modeling is a must, in order to validate the structural integrity of the connector.
- Providing inputs on potential production processes would also be beneficial.
The chosen candidate will need to use creative problem solving to ensure the finished design is not only functional but also aesthetic and in line with vehicle exterior design trends. Given the load requirements, knowledge in stress analysis would also be of benefit.
