I want an app to view saved images. I can work with excel if i can use every fuction needed. The template looks like this https://i.imgur.com/SLbNAWc.png How it will work: It is divided like this https://i.imgur.com/hkhyEng.png These are the fuctions and what i need from the app

How it works

The sheet has 3 blocks 1-2-3

In block 1 I will always choose one option from 1a then one option from 1b and then any possible combinations from 1c even up to 10 cells
In block 2 I always choose block 2a and any possible combination from 2b
In block 3 I always choose 3a then I always choose 3b and then I might or might not choose block 3c and I might or might not choose any combination from 3d
cells with ''x'' or cells that are not listed for example A1 will never be choses. They are just visuals
Block 1-2-3 will never overlap. I will only choose 1 block

Then I will click load and the image will load, I want to be able to assign shortcut to load (possibly when I press enter but I want to have the option myself to change it)
If I click reset the full selection will reset and return to blank as originally posted I will assign a shortcut here other double press enter or space bar
If I click random at any point even if I don’t have a combination I want to produce a random number from 1 to 100

Regarding the image. It must be resizable without losing quality. Sometimes I will use it is a 4k monitor sometimes in 1080p sometimes 28'' sometimes laptop screen
It must be resizable by default and I will not have to resize every time I load a combination
I would like to have the option of a timer. Meaning that I want to have an option to load the image after x seconds or manually load the image which I can turn on off

When I click load the image will pop out in my screen and take 80% of the screen. I will close the image by either pressing an assigned shortkey or clicking anywere on screen

Finally I should be able to assigne macros on any combination. For example I have a gaming keyboard
If I choose block1a,1b and five specific cells block 1c and press ''m1'' key on keyboard I want the image to pop up instanly

Everything is important and i dont know if it can be done on excel or i need an app https://i.imgur.com/2mptPUA.png

Hi sir, the requirements are almost clear, except for one point: since the displayed image will depend on the selected combinaison, then how can the app determine which image for whatever combination, will there be a kind of dictionary, or special file names?
I hope you can clarify this point, thanks.
