Low Level VPU Encoder/Decoder I am looking for a freelancer who has experience with C++, Linux kernel modules, embedded devices and VPU encoders/decoders. I need custom module that will decode mjpeg camera stream on VPU output the image in RGB and then encode on demand the RGB (or mjpeg) on VPU to h.265, VP9 or some free to use encoder with decent compression. The main challenge here is to omit the RGB memory segment to be copied from the kernel space to the user space as this burns the CPU.
