We send potential clients a FLYER (with a gift) in the US mail, and then follow up with phone calls, to get their attention. I am needing help making a TEMPLATE that we can customize and mail out.

I am wanting a one page flyer that is clear, compelling, easy to read and understand and ideally utilize our company colors, logo, etc. Our business name is HVAC MARKETING SUCCESS and our website contains a lot of content that might be useful and give you an idea what we do for our clients.

I included several guides we have used in the past to give you an idea what we have done so far.
