a) Depending on the size of the work, we can go in for a detailed proposal or a Statement-of-Work document. This would list down the various project management steps that would be followed for the project execution. Some of these details would be:
a. Communication mechanism from us to you and the media to be used: Phone, email, IM, chat etc,
b. Proposed approach towards solving the problem at hand
c. Estimated deliverables and milestones for the project – including intermediate or first-cut deliverables for a review from your end.
b) Once the document gets reviewed and accepted, we will go ahead and start the implementation
During the course of the project, there will be a daily informal status update and a weekly formal status update through email. Apart from this, there might be teleconferences that might be required to discuss any issues.
We ensure that you are the owner of all the project deliverables including its copyrights. Before we get into detailed discussions on the project requirements, we would require that a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed by both sides to protect the confidential information of both sides.
We are pretty flexible in the payment terms. For small projects, we will be requiring the payment after the work has been completed to your satisfaction and as per the agreed upon requirements. For larger projects, we will go ahead with milestone / deliverable based payments from your side.
