This shield was awarded to me after we(my first speaker and I) brilliantly moved along a series(which included over one hundred teams) of debates on corruption and related issues, each time praised for our great debating skills. As the second speaker, I stood out due to my persuasive way of tackling the motion and the statement of the other team's first speaker, according to the jury panel.

Skills required for this debate:
- Great debating skills,
- Confident body language,
- Clear and persuasive way of tackling a motion orally (in English)
- Speech writing (as a second speaker has to counter-argue the statement of the other team's first speaker on the spot, in this given case I had about 10 minutes to do so for each debate.)

I worked as Chairperson(among 39 other chairpersons) for the 16th Model United Nations(MUN) Conference after having stood out as best delegate for the 15th MUN Conference. The job consisted of assisting, guiding and form 30 delegates per average commission(in my case, the Gender Commission) so as to change them from mere students to potential diplomats, able of dealing with issues such as Gender discrimination, Refugees issues, Climate change and it's repercussion, Social problems, amongst many others
