**ADM Business Support System (ADM)**
Custom information collection, maintenance and reporting tool used to organize and qualify approx 500 users for career advancement and assignment opportunities based on past records and experience. Includes communication tools and records of all user interactions within the user community.
**ADM Business Support System (ADMWeb)**
Upon completion of the ADM Business support system the majority of existing information was made available through an online version.
**ProjectAgent**
Project Agent is a web-based application that brings structure to the managment of multiple projects, task assignments to team members, timing work against projects, payroll and customer invoicing. Project Agent has been developed in ASP and is delivered to the client in HTML.
**CCMD Collaboration Lounge (CCMD)**
A portal to the Canadian Center for Management Development private and public initiatives along with online learning capabilities.
**Network Information System**
An system constructed to maintain information about various network communities and events including initiatives, members, participants etc. This application was functionally inept and needed a major overhaul both in the front end interface and the data structure itself.
**MyHR**
This project involved mirroring a large data driven interactive website that includes virtual networking user communication components, reference database, dynamic forms, high volume mass email capabilities, secure areas and more. The goal was to have two similar sites run from one central database, sharing all components and functionality.
**ProGrader**
Retail software package built to assist schoolteachers with class planning, lesson plans, and maintaining, reporting of student activities and grades throughout the school year and beyond.

Application improvements and additions doubled the size of this already extensive database, therefore the table layout and structure required many changes and improvements.
