My experience in working in the BPO & ICT industry for the past 13 years gave me the skills needed to pursue an outstanding career in this industry. We are highly engaged with retail and corporate customers, technology vendors and telco partners in being able to provide managed services solutions to our customers end to end. I managed service desk support teams that handles Service Requests, Change Requests and Network Support from LAN/WAN, Security and Applications. I moved to Network Operations space and handled escalations management, vendor management and SLA management for our internal and external stakeholders. My strengths are focused on data management and business reporting and analysis. I have initiated projects in my previous company and attended several trainings and took certifications for my roles.
