Pursued LLM from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi and LLB from Delhi University. Worked as clerk with Government of India Department dealing with Arbitration of commercial disputes between Central PSEs from 1995 to 2005. Rendered services as Legal Consultant of a Mini-Ratna PSU under Government of India from 2009 to 2015.  I had therein managed their legal affairs and rendered suitable advice to overcome various challenges faced by them in their dealings with various organizations including high value MNCs like Alcatel Lucent (for Telecom Equipment), ADVA (for Optical Networking), Mitsui (for Machinery promoting Digital Transformation), Coriant (for Technical Assistance in Networking Solutions), Hewlett Packard (for Data Analytics and Information Technology), Google (for Internet Services), Telenor (for Mobile Operations), Orange (for Digital infrastructure), Houston Juniper Equipment, etc. Represented this Mini-Ratna PSU before High Court of Delhi and also various District Courts as their Advocate up-to 2017. Rendered services as Legal Aid Counsel and Panel Advocate of Delhi Legal Services Authority, Government of NCT of Delhi from 01.02.2009 to 31.03.2010 representing DLSA litigants in District and Sessions Courts and also Magisterial Courts. Successfully attended the Training and Sensitization Programme on ‘Plea Bargaining’ on 27.8.2009 organized by DLSA to enhance disposal of Criminal Cases through ADR mechanism of Plea Bargaining. Delivered Lecture on ‘Juvenile Justice’ in Police Training School, Moradabad on 14.11.2016. Litigations involving disputes of Service matters as well as Civil and Criminal nature of many litigants are being undertaken as routine in various District Courts, Tribunals and High Court of Delhi. Endeavour is always made to ensure justice for all clients through extensive research of the involved matters. The desired goal is always achieved through the collection of supporting material as applicable in given situation.
