I bring over 18 years of experience as a Business/industry practitioner in external business consulting and internal corporate environments across Asia Pacific, South East Asia, Oceania, and India. Writing and reading have been a personal passion inculcated in me when I was young. I have brought this interest into my work and what I do! As a native speaker who is proficient in English and Chinese/Mandarin, I bring extensive knowledge in my areas of expertise around organizational transformation, culture change, and employee engagement from my time in consulting practice with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). In my corporate roles, I have been responsible for organizational development, people learning and skills, and career development. I work closely with organizations to enable these initiatives across global and Asia-Pacific roles. I have worked across various industries such as Technology, Logistics, Media, and Financial Services. I hold an MBA in International Business, and an Executive Certificate in Business Sustainability from MIT. I am a certified Design Thinking Facilitator. Outside of work, I love reading! Fiction and non-fiction titles about Sciences, Business, and Sustainability appeal the most. I enjoy writing, sports, and facilitation.
