psd to html css with w3,html5,css3,cross browser,responsive,bootstrap (urgent)

We need the attached psd to do responsive design html5 and css3 with cross browser fixing.

You have to do the site bellow requirement.

1. w3 validation

2. ie7+

3. major browser fix

4. responsive with twitter bootstrap. so that view iphone, ipad, desktop and mobile device (example : [url removed, login to view])

Please only bid if you are expert on bootstrap and responsive.

If you are not able to do this please do not bid for experiment . Only qualified people's bid can be taken.
