Flash/XML Globe Customisations

Hello,
I need some simple customisations made to a Flash element which I have acquired.
The element is a spinning globe in which Points-Of-Interest can be defined by XML. I have the files available and will send you a link via PM if you are interested and your bid is within my budget.
For this project, you will be required to:
1) Implement different POI markers than the ones already in the globe
2) Change the code so that when a POI is moused over, the globe stops rotating and starts again only once the mouse is moved away.
I am not entirely sure about the markers so you will need to communicate with me as to what you will require. I want to replace the POI markers with country flags, search iStock 14657008 for my basic design concept.
You will receive the FLA files and need to export me a new SWF file as well as a sample XML showing how to embed URLs in the XML configuration file.
This should only take a couple of hours from an experienced Flash designer.
