Hello, i have a small issue on my website, i want to be able to deny some categories of products or shipping classes to be shipped on some cities/states. I mean for some categories to not show shipping option so the products inside a category to not be able to ship in certain cities.

There are some plugins that allow to do that but i dont want to spend extra money on that.

So i am asking if someone can solve this problem and it would be nice if you already know what i am saying so you will not lose time for R&D.
