I need the order files migrated correctly from staging to my live site.

I have made a mistake and completed a migration project prematurely and need to have my woocommerce orders and reports migrated from my staging site to live site.
This should be as simple as properly exporting and importing the orders.
All orders must have shipping info and tracking information.
There have been new orders in the live site that are not in staging that must be preserved.
I will provide a good tip for a successful job
