Cleaning service app

Hello,

our company works in the hospitality business. We recently developed a cleaning company to provide cleaning services to all our hotel owners and apartment owners. Located in Rome, we have realized the huge demand/opportunity behind this cleaning service if we were to extend it and promote it with a more "sharing economy" app approach.

I am looking for a company/programmer capable of producing a UBER style product that provides cleaning services both B2B and B2C.

To give you an idea of what the website is suppose to offer here are a few examples:

These products obviously have a back office that takes care of managing and coordinating demand and supply, accounting and logistics.

I am looking for offers from companies who already produced very similar apps (if not exact) to these ones. The relationship with our future collaborator will have to be ongoing as we will need maintenance and updates.
