Minor Changes to Wordpress site

We have a new site about to launch and require some minor changes. The site is currently at [url removed, login to view]:
Template Header:
create new “Contact” icon below Tel No. and email address which links to 'Contact' Widget on left side of screen
Consider changing the colour of the “Contact” button to see if it is easier to read.
Add space for additional phone number as we need to show phone number for our Dublin and London offices.
We are going to add 'Live Chat' function in future so would like 'Live Chat' Button on header also.
Home Page -
On home page create space between the main picture and 4 text boxes below to add some Client Icons which we will provide
On the Product drop down, ensure that the full list of products is visible above the fold.
We need this done quickly. Please let me know how long you think it will take.
