Build an Online Store (Based on Theme; MagentoGo)

Looking for a Webdesigner that is skilled in working with MagentGo (not only Magento).
Webstore and MagentoGo Theme are in place.
Job: Webstore has to be structured properly and filled with content. Content will be provided by myself. Specifically: 1) Theme needs to be customised to our needs 2) Pages need to be created 3) Text and pictures need to be customised 4) Webstore products need to be uploaded etc.
Full direction of what needs to to be changed and created where on the site is available. However, own ideas and input will be valued too.
I will not consider anybody that has No MagentoGo experience. Please provide examples of previous work.
Deadline/ Milestone: "Nearly Live" Draft within 3 weeks.
