Looking for a designer that can build a simple wordpress site. The design itself should be an exact replica of an existing site. A sample of the quality of the site can be seen below:

Summary of site:
This is a wordpress site for documenting and reviewing other web sites. Each website documented has a thumbnail image of the website, with a summary of what the website does. There is a ranking of popularity of the website that is controlled by the wordpress admin.
Wordpress admin should be able to:
1. register a new website with a thumnail image, full image, summary, etc.
2. assign a ranking of the website
3. assign which website thumbnails appear in a quick preview slideshow at the top of the main page.
4. view various statistics
a. website unique vistis
b. breakdown of visits to each reviewed website profile page
c. stats on which reviewed websites were visited from the main website (simple click count)
Wordpress website construction
1. Top page has simple slide show
2. Website ranking list with icons of the websites that are ranked
3. Member login form at the top of the page (actual login logic not needed in this project)
4. Listing of reviewed websites
5. Display a profile page (details page) of the reviewed webiste
6. show a "preview" of the website as a large screenshot image of the website
7. provide a "visit website" link or button that redirects the user to the reviewed website, show the reviewed website in an iframe, with the main site logo and login form at the top of the site (will provide wireframe to show this, it is quite simple
8. Simple signup form that is provided for each reviewed website.
9. API web service call to get the details of the reviewed website and display
Budget is $500 to $600, serious designer/wordpress pro only please.
