Setup website in a template with the given picture and article -1

NOTE: I am posting this project again because the previous provider(netdukesinc - Indika) did't not able to complete the project and even she is stop replying my email. Useless provider, GAF should ban them.

Here is the project details.

I want you to setup a website for me. I'll provide you template and logo ready to used you just have to placed articles and pictures in the template and make the website fully working.

So you should have to be a good experienced Webmaster, especially with css, html and url linking to finished this project.

Job is easy as follows:

Create a logically Navigation within the Template for which i send you all Information needed. Use Pictures and Articles in the right Way and delete unnecessary Template content. Prepare the Website search engine and Ad Sense friendly, what means the usual standards like follow links, metas etc.

Job need to be done in next 24 and my budget is $30 if you can go lower then this then i'll be very helpfull.

NO Advance payment or escrow as i don't want to block my money again.
