SEO - Link Building - Traffic - Improve Ranking

We need a SEO EXPERT to promote my site , SEO, increase traffic and Ranking.

SEO:

*Link building, directory submission, article submission, etc.

*I want to get top 10 rankings (Google, Yahoo,Live,AOL etc.) for several kewords ( some are 2 words and some are 3 words in English)

*Some are very competitive like “FUN QUIZ”or "Personality QUIZ"

So Do NOT bid if you think you can’t do this.

Traffic:

* You must be able to drive targeted traffic to my site by submitting to search engines, directories, classifieds, article websites, etc. Promoting through blogs (blogspot, wordpress,typepad,livejournals, etc.), forums, yahoo answers, social bookmarks (digg, stumbleupon, [url removed, login to view],rediit,etc.), social networks(myspace,facebook,[url removed, login to view])

*You should post and submit articles/posts/links in the right categories to drive traffic to my site.

*Above methods should bring in at least 4k to 10k daily UVs in the first weeks. A lot more after SEO sets in (afterfew months).

That is why I Need someone who really an Expert in this things.

* All links must be permanent, one way and non-reciprocal.

* No link farms, link directories, forums, blog comments or spam sites.

* Links must be manually submitted and not with a spammy form letter requesting links.

* Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache (within a month)

* Link pages must be related to the topic of my site

* Must be static links only. No redirects, string parameters, sessionID’s, JavaScript links, hidden links / links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty.

* No sites with sexual, adult,racist or other unethical content.

* Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.

*Regulations:

I do not want any paid traffics.

Traffic must be specific/targeted/interested/real unique visitors

90% of the visitors must come from the U.S.! - IMPORTANT! - English Language Sites Only.

No spamming, bots, robots, link farms, link exchanges

Only white hat methods & legitimate ways.

We must review the sites first. Please send us an excel sheet including, the site's URL, site PR, Site Name and Site Type.

Do not bid if you cannot do this and if you dont have any feedback yet. I only want to work with people that already have some (positive) feedback.

Payment (through PayPal)

50% will be paid after the first results in traffic.

The other 50% after I see the first results in SEO.
