Sales - (commission) Phone Calls to United States using Skype

I am looking for people who are interested in working as sales people for my company by using Skype ([url removed, login to view]) to place targeted sales phone calls- we mostly call other businesses and we would only call customers if we have verification that they have some interest in our products.
- Pay will be completely based on commission, if you are able to do this job well you could likely end up making a good income.
- Requirement: you must speak English well, not having a strong accent. - our company does like to hire women as we have had a good experience with them in the past but we are open to hiring men as well (just wanted to say that to encourage women to bid also)
- In the future we will also have an opportunity where you can work by taking incoming calls, if you are able to generate sales from these you would earn a commission, although this would work differently and there would probably be a base pay as the commissions would be less for incoming calls.
