Quick 3 second video outro

I need a video outro, one thats like the video attached. Like shown in the video below, the outro is a phone popping up (with an instagram page opened on the phone), a hand pressing the follow button, and then the button says "following", then the phone scrolls down so you can see the rest of the phone.
You have to make this animation, and then make sure you can easily swap out what is shown on the iphone screen. I have 2 PNG files attached. I want you to send me 2 video files, 1 with the "[login to view URL]" on the iphone screen and one with the "[login to view URL]" outro on the screen.
About every week, I will send you a new PNG file that I want you to make into an outro. I will pay you $5 for everytime I need you to do this for me. That should be easy weekly money for you, because it should only take you a couple minutes to swap out the images on the iphone and then send me the file.
I need this done ASAP (within 1 hour)
