Be a part of the video marketing movement by helping businesses all over the world make a difference with their products and services. This position is a remote, work-from-home role. It will be project-based with continual work on a monthly basis.
In order to be considered for the video editing contract position with Wandermint Creative, a test assignment will need to be completed to check the quality of work.
Wandermint Creative is a video branding company that helps successful entrepreneurs and small businesses build their media following on autopilot. We offer a variety of services including helping clients produce 6 months of specifically written, filmed, and targeted videos in only 3 days.
The Video Editor position with Wandermint Creative will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a cinematic and stunning finished product that adheres to a client’s brand and company standards while positioning them as an authority in their industry. The Video Editor must be able to easily create a variety of video styles and/or improve current video styles utilizing their own creativity and talents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Edit videos as assigned that are associated with Wandermint Creative
- Edit various styles of videos that adhere to client branding and client creativity
- Create client style guides
- Build out branding templates for clients
- Review videos and provide revisions before videos get uploaded
- Edit Videos under tight weekly deadlines
Educational Requirements & Specifications:
- Previous work experience using the Adobe Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere.
- You must have your own laptop and/or desktop to complete all editing requirements.
- A mixture of both practical and creative skillset with an eye for detail.
- Professional acumen to meet realistic deadlines and communicate via email, project management
software, and web conference.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet scheduled due dates
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive
