Searching for Facebook/Youtube Video Ad Editors

Looking for someone that wants full time work editing video ads (youtube and facebook ads). Adding b-roll to them, making them engaging, etc. If you are an agency do not apply.
*** ABOUT THIS POSITION ***
We're looking for a video and motion graphics editor who thinks like a marketer to produce high-converting high-converting Facebook and YouTube video ads.
We have multiple projects available for the right candidate on a full time basis.
For each project you'll be incorporating:
- Golf footage from our online video training programs.
- Video testimonials from our customers.
- Screen capture footage of our online members area.
- Product graphics (already created by our graphic designers).
- Motion graphics created by you, or using a stock template and customized by you.
- Subtle background music to invoke certain emotions at the right moments in the video. (Worry, fear, excitement, trust, happiness, etc.)
- Our own in-house b-roll footage (we avoid stock footage as much as possible).
- Etc...

For assembling the ad we'd give you...
- The video script.
- The raw video footage from the video shoot.
- Some basic notes about the project.
- A Zoom call with our Marketing Director to discuss the goal of the video and additional details.
- Open communication with our Marketing Director via Slack, email, or Zoom.
The videos you'll be editing will require you to know about golf terminology, and the nuances of golf.
In order to be successful in this role, you don't need to be a golf expert or be willing to take the time to learn about golf.
We have a never-ending need for video ads. So we're looking to form a long-term business relationship with the right person who really knows how to produce high-converting video ads.
*** REQUIREMENTS ***
Mastery of the following:
- Adobe Premiere
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Color correction
- Audio enhancement
- Editing video ads for maximum CTR
- Editing VSL's for maximum conversions
*** ABOUT YOU ***
- You're an expert at video editing and motion graphics. You're confident you can re-produce anything you see when given an example video.
- Words like call-to-action, click-thru rate, engagement, and conversion rate are part of your daily vocabulary.
- You have your finger on the pulse of direct response advertising, and you proactively follow successful companies to see what they're doing, so you always know what's currently working right now.
- You're driven by results, and you edit videos based on your experience knowing how it will affect the conversion rate of the video.
- You have experience creating high-converting video ads and VSL's, but you're also willing to learn new things and adjust your approach based on actual data and test results.
- You're confident in your ability to get the job done well with minimal direction, and take a leadership role when it comes to editing a video ad or VSL for maximum conversions.
