I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a video project. I need help with scripting, narration, and video editing for a short film that is longer than 10 minutes in length. I do not have a script ready and will need assistance with scriptwriting. Whoever is selected for this project must be able to develop a script from the ground up that meets my requirements. Along with the ability to create a believable story and rich characters, the freelancer must have excellent audio and video editing skills to create a visually appealing short film.
