Need pre-made 3D Head features changed without changing UV map

I have a 3D non rigged and rigged head I need features changed on. I want the nose eyes and mouth to change without changing the neck (it is important not to change the neck size/shape/etc because I am using it for a game and it has to remain the same in order to fit the avatars bodies correctly in this game. It is also important to keep the same type of UV map for easy texturing.
