Modify VB6 code to read new file format

I have a VB6 project (Roehrig [login to view URL] attached) created from some MATLAB code which reads an earlier format of data file from a data logger. I need it to now read a newer version of data file. I assume the format is somewhat similar, but with some new fields saved in the file. I have attached the original Penske DA as [login to view URL] data file, and a Penske DA as [login to view URL] data file showing the data in the Penske DA as [login to view URL] file as read by the data logger's program. I have also sent an example of the older format data file RF2-Q1-VDP-CAC-0-T [login to view URL] so you can see how the VB6 project converts it into the RF2-Q1-VDP-CAC-0-T [login to view URL] file. It is not necessary for it to read absolutely everything. I am mostly interested in the 4 columns of 2294 data points.
