html5 voice chat iphone/android client and server

I need to build a iphone/android html5 voice chat client. html5 audio play/record function

Will need the voice chat server to handle as many connection as possible per machine instant on AWS. (pls advise server software to use (C++ or Java)

Will need to know load on each server as to fire up more instant or shut down excess instant.

User will find voice chat partner in different rooms. (Pls advise chat room software (PHP))

Each voice chat is logged (start time/date, end time date, from, id/ip, to id/ip,recorded to S3 location, log to mysql)

The conversation can be recorded to AWS S3.

Conversation may be send to a speech recognition engine/ goodness of Pronunciaton engine. (pls advise engine)

Both the speaker can view a room script eg questions and answers on their html5 browser. (script stored in mysql)

You can offer solution for part of the project but must specify the integration spec for other component.
