Looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to help with Wholesale Dispositions. You will work directly with our staff to sell the properties we have under contract to other investors. The Ideal Candidate MUST have great English abilities and Communication skills ( written and spoken.) You will email, text and call people who have purchased investment real estate in the past. You will help coordinate walk throughs and inspections. You will follow up with sellers as needed as well. Basic computer skills required to work in Podio, Launch Control and Slack. Reliable internet, cell phone and computer is a MUST. You must be available to work during American Business Hours ( 10-6 CST)
