Shopify Developer Needed to Add Functionality To Checkout Process

Hey everyone.
We run an online butcher store called [login to view URL] and require a shopify developer to help us add some functionality to the checkout process. Our shop delivers to customers on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.
We need an extra form field/drop down in the shipping stage of the checkout that gives customers the option to choose which upcoming date they would like their package to be delivered. Ideally showing a calendar with the available dates for the customer to select. This information will need to be able to be seen on our end too in the orders/invoices once the order is complete so that we know when to package and deliver.
We deliver the next day for any orders made before 12pm. So for example if a customer ordered on Monday at 11:30am, they would be able to select the next day for their delivery. But if they purchase at 12:30pm, the next available delivery day that should be available will be the Thursday.
